A porter made in collaboration with Cleetus Friedman of Fountainhead. A take on Black Forest and German chocolate cake with a glass of milk. Mick Klug tart cherries, toasted coconut, coconut water, and milk sugar added to the brew. Cocoa nibs added to the fermenter. Big, full-flavored, full-bodied, and complex, with layers of roasty and fruity goodness from the aroma all the way through to the finish.
