When we began planning for our wood-aged beer membership back in ought fifteen this is what we were thinking and wanted to share with you. The majority of these bottles go directly to our members but we continue to shave a few off the top for non-members to enjoy some of our best offerings.

The first is Sybil’s Revenge, aged eighteen months in Old Forester Bourbon barrels before ever again seeing the light of day. The second, is the faithful return of a beer many of you have experienced in the Taproom before, Radth. This gem debuted in the Fall of 2012, taking home a FoBAB award and now bottled for the first time ever.

Stage Zero for Q4: What the hell is it?

Late last year we introduced a new limited program at SOB. For specific information regarding our first-ever member-oriented organization we suggested you read its introduction as well as frequently asked questions as membership will open for 2017 in early December. Please note that we sold out of all available memberships in about a day. No more are available. Keep an eye out in November/December 2016 for the next offering.

Sometimes with each of the quarterly-ish releases for The Old Order, the two bottles available will be the same beer, other times it will be one bottle each of two different beers.

We’re thrilled to have the chance to share these beers with you. There are just a few hundred bottles of each beer and both will be released at noon on Saturday, October 22.

Drinking the Beers:

As always with our beers, they are unfiltered and unpasteurized. Keep them cold and drink them fresh.

The goal we have at Solemn Oath is simple. And maybe someday you will figure out what that goal really is. We’re going to change the world, probably. Enjoy.
